Meet Marisa

mHSC, Professional Life Coach

Marisa Aud is a Human Services Professional with a specialty in coaching for personalities and relationships. She holds a Masters degree from Regent University from the college of Psychology and Counselling. Marisa has had extensive training in the Enneagram and personality development. She has trained and coached hundreds of clients and facilitated workshops for families, teams, and conferences all over North America.

The focus of Marisa’s work is to help individuals take that next important step. Whether you're feeling stuck in grief or overwhelmed with transition, Marisa is able to help identify and equip her clients with the necessary tools for change and growth.

Marisa lives with her husband, three children, and two dogs in East Tennessee.

How I Help You

I'm a Life Coach and Relational Therapist. My goal is to help you understand how you identify yourself and how you relate to others in healthy and unhealthy ways.

 

Many of my clients are at crossroads, but are unable to move forward due to mental stress and fatigue. I also help people who are doing well, but want to develop their emotional intelligence (EQ).

 

A critical step in the process is helping you recognize the residual effects of automatic behaviors that help and hinder your growth. Together, we'll identify your roadblocks and blind-spots -- and understand and what triggers them. Then, we’ll develop a personalized plan that will help you move forward and see real results!

UNDERSTANDING YOU

During your free consultation, we'll discuss your personal goals, as well as what you can expect during our sessions. I may also provide you with personalized recommendations to begin the journey towards growth and healing.

Session 1

ASSESSMENT & GOALS

First, we'll address your most urgent concerns and goals in conjunction with some personality assessment tools.

Session 2

DIGGING DEEPER

During your second session, we'll begin identifying your blind-spots, triggers, and automatic behavior.

Session 3

YOUR BLUEPRINT

Next, we'll create your Individualized Development Plan (IDP), which will guide our subsequent sessions.

Sessions 4-6

BUILDING A FRAMEWORK

This is where you'll see your goals become a reality. We will work together to ensure that you are staying focused and taking steps towards meeting your objectives. 

Session 7

INSPECTION & FEEDBACK

In this session we will review your successes ï¹£ what worked, what was difficult, and where there is room to grow. We'll also set new goals and clarify any questions you may have. 

Session 8

MOVING FORWARD

Finally, we'll identify the obstacles you've overcome and the ones you are still working on. While this is the last session, you can book check-in sessions as needed.
